If I had one piece of advice to give to my fellow women, it would be to buy natural makeup and then go into your bathroom throw out all of your health and beauty products. They are unhealthy and, even worse, the companies that make them test them on animals even in the current year. It’s ridiculous. I guess I can sort of see why they had to do it back when they first started out. Not much was known about the various compounds used to make this stuff and they needed to see if they would be healthy for humans to use.
The thing is, they probably know everything they could possibly know about these compounds and yet they are still doing animal testing. Even worse, I think that these products aren’t all that safe when you use them for years and decades. I think over time many of these chemicals build up in your body and can cause everything from various cancers to situations like MS. I doubt we’ll ever get the full story on this situation because the companies would get sued into oblivion for all the health problems they caused over the years.
Make sure you take care of yourself and throw this stuff out because there is a website where you can replace all of your makeup with healthy and natural alternatives that work just as well as the synthetic cosmetics. The products work great, last a long time, and you look just as beautiful using them as you do with the other stuff. I’ve totally switched over and I feel great and look better. I also find myself worrying a lot less about having those chemicals build up in my body. Even if you don’t want to do it for your health, do it to save an animal’s life!
